I grew up where I was never accepted for anything (I was too 'fat' to fit in with my family, I never measured up to my dads expectations, all the relationships I've had with men were because I was looking for love and acceptance - except I never found it.) so even though I've been a Christian since 2001 it's taken me up until about a year ago to really embrace the fact that God loves me UNCONDITONALLY! He doesn't care about my past, in fact He knew what my life was going to be like before I even did any of the things I did in my past. Now that I've embraced His love I've finally learned that I don't need a 'man' (or human) to make me feel accepted and loved, because they can't ever fulfill me like God does anyways.
