Rain, Rain, Rain

Today’s May 1 and we’ve got TONS of rain in our forecast.
My hubby’s been off of work all week and has been helping a friend around her house. Now that he’s home today and CAN mow the lawn, he CAN’T mow because of the rain. Guess it’ll have to wait until next week; of course, by then the grass will be up past our bottoms. LOL We do need the rain, however, so I’m not going to fuss too much.
Oh, had to tell you about what we did yesterday. There’s a strawberry farm near our house and we went to pick strawberries. Hubby made a fruit smoothie with fresh strawberries and a couple of bananas. Yum Yum!
Time to go running around with normal Friday activities. I just hope we don’t drown!
