A day in the life of . . .

I’m a grandma!

Well, not really.  Our cat, Waysaw (which is cat in Cherokee), had kittens on Thursday night.  They’re so cute!

While she was in the midst of having them, we called them Uno, Dos, Tres, and Cuatro until we found out how many she was going to have.  She only had the four, so we had to come up with better names.  Uno became HoneyBunch, Dos became Ditto, Tres became Snuggles, and Cuatro became Sunshine.

Mama cat doesn’t have a tail, and we were surprised that the kittens did.  Actually, in the picture above, the kittens are from left to right: Ditto (colored like Mama with half a tail), Sunshine (darker and the closest thing to a runt, has a tail) Snuggles (black and white only with half a tail), and HoneyBunch (has a tail).
