His Favorite Daughter

I thought it had been just a few days since my last post, but here it’s been a week!! My goodness, where has the time gone?

I have been busy, but that’s no excuse. I guess I’ve been allowing myself to become too busy that I never make it back here. I’m sorry.

We’re almost finished with school for this year, but we’re going to be working on some basics all summer so the kids don’t forget everything.  My oldest isn’t finished yet, but that’s because he’s been goofing off instead of working steadily.  The youngest is bored while he waits for his brother to get finished each day.  I have to think about something to keep him occupied. Heck, I almost feel like when he was a toddler and had to keep him busy so his brother could work.

We went to see Ironman the other night.  We chose to go on a week night and there were very few people there.  We may be going to see The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian either tonight or tomorrow night. I’m not sure yet.  Then, next week we’ll probably go to see the new Indiana Jones movie when it comes out.  Hopefully, after that, there won’t be any more movies the family wants to see.  Movies have gotten so expensive!!
