We do what we can

I know I haven’t been too consistent in posting every day like I would prefer. But we do what we can, don’t we? Some days
I have a few more minutes to squeeze in a post, some days I don’t. It seems, though, that it has been more days that I don’t lately.
I’m not complaining, honestly, I’m not. I’m working, or doing something with the kids, or spending time with friends, or any number of things. Mostly I’ve been working. I’m glad to be helping add to the family budget, and every job I complete helps. I need to get myself organized better so that I can accomplish more in my day, instead of trying to back peddle to pick up the things I’ve missed.
As a homeschooling, work-at-home mom, I’m pretty busy, but I do what I can. I just wish some days it could be more. I wish I could figure out a way to make enough money from home, without adding too many more hours to my already busy day, that would make it possible for my husband to quit is terrible job and come home to do what he really wants to be doing - making musical instruments like the Native American flute or Appalachian dulcimer. He really does have a gift, but he’s so tired from work, he doesn’t have the energy to actually do anything. That makes me sad.
If I made about $800 more a month, we might be able to swing bringing him home. But, I don’t see how I can add anything more until I become better organized so I’m optimizing the time in my day. I’d really appreciate some suggestions, if you’d care to share.
Have a great weekend, and don’t forget to spend some quality time with the ones you love. There’s nothing more important in the whole world. Be blessed!
