The New Hampshire primary is over

And the “clear” winners were Hillary Clinton and John McCain. Does that mean that either
of them will be the nominee? I don’t know. Somehow, with nearly a year until the Presidential elections, I doubt it.
Did anyone know about the GOP primary that was held in Wyoming on Jan. 5th? Mitt Romney won that “contest” with 67% of the vote. Fred Thompson came in second with 25% of the vote. Duncan Hunter had 8%, with none of the other candidates received votes, from the looks of things. The Democratic primary will be held at a later date.
The next primary with both parties is January 15th in Michigan. It should be interesting to see how the rest of this month plays out. After Michigan, there is the Nevada and South Carolina (GOP only) primaries on Jan. 19, Democratic primaries in South Carolina on Jan. 26, and Florida’s primary on Jan. 29.
February will be a busy month with around 22 primaries being held, the vast majority of them being held on Super Tuesday, Feb. 5. Another 12 will be decided during the month. The remaining primaries will be decided during the remaining months leading up to the Presidential Conventions.
While I had not intended to get into politics on my blog, I can’t help but think about what the future holds. It’s good to know that there is SOMEONE Who knows all – the Beginning from the End. So, no matter what the Presidential election outcome, I know Who holds tomorrow in His hands.
