I hope everyone had a relaxing weekend

I had a busy weekend, like usual. Friday at our friends’ in Scottsboro (didn’t get home until 2a.m.). Yesterday we went to our Messianic friends’ home to celebrate Sabbath with them. Today, we slept late and didn’t make it to church. My DH also woke up with a migraine. So, we decided to stay home today and relax. I feel we had “church” because we were spending time discussing God, reading the Bible, watching teaching videos. It just wasn’t church in the “traditional” sense, at least not where many people spend their time. But I still learned something.
I have to start thinking about my youngest one’s birthday. It’s coming up very soon. In fact, it’s coming up on the 30th. My baby will be 7. WAH! He’s not a baby anymore!! Well, he hasn’t been a baby for a long time, but he’s growing up and I already miss the “little” boy he used to be. Amazing, isn’t it, how fast they grow up?!
What do you have planned for next week? I’m sure I’ll have some writing to do, plus I have research to do, and some editing. I hope I’m a little better at managing my time next week than I was this past week. It just seemed the time slipped away and I didn’t get anything near what I was supposed to done. I was NOT a happy camper.
Well, I’m going to spend some time with the kiddos watch Veggie Tales. I hope you have a great evening. God bless!

Mara it sounds like you had a fun, but busy, weekend. And I’m with you on how fast our kids grow up! I can’t believe my ‘baby’ is 9 already. It just doesn’t even seem possible.
I have a pretty steady week this week with projects so I have to make sure I manage my time sensibly seems how I can get easily distracted.
Have a great week!
