A day in the life of . . .

So, did you survive?

Ok, Christmas is over. How many of you went to the “Day after Christmas” sales this morning bright and early? Not me. We have to run to the grocery store, but other than that, I doubt I’ll step foot into anyplace like Walmart for at least a week. LOL

Did you get what you wanted for Christmas? I got clothes, that was it. Nothing more. And, the whole thing is, I didn’t get any jeans which is what I really needed. Got lots of beautiful sweaters and blouses, but I really didn’t NEED them.

I looked at a wedding band, which was the other thing on my list, but I felt like my hubby should buy it FOR me, not me purchase it. Call me old fashioned, but I just don’t think a girl ought to have to purchase a wedding band, even if it IS a replacement!! It just seems wrong to me.

We’re heading to our friends’ house to celebrate Christmas with them, and THEN we’ll be finished with it. FINALLY!

It’s been pretty good, though. I’m glad it’s over for another year. We’ll see what we do next Christmas, if we do anything at all.
